Glow Tanning Specialist

Our Glow Specialists are not just technicians — they’re brand ambassadors, delivering personalized tans while keeping our studio polished, professional, and glowing.
Airbrush Tanning Excellence
- Deliver customized airbrush tanning services, creating natural, flawless results for every client.
- Consult clients on shade selection, prep, and aftercare for best results.
- Share product knowledge and aftercare recommendations to encourage return visits.
Studio Operations & Cleanliness
- Open and close tanning rooms and ensure the studio is guest-ready at all times.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness: sanitize rooms, booths, and equipment after every session.
- Restock solutions, disposables, and retail areas as needed.
- Complete end-of-day cleaning and closing checklist with attention to detail.
Social Media & Brand Engagement
- Capture before/after photos and videos (with client consent) to showcase transformations.
- Create fun, engaging, and on-trend social media content (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
- Actively promote Total Glow on personal and studio platforms to attract new clients.
- Engage with followers online, helping grow reviews, visibility, and reputation.
Client Experience & Service
- Greet clients with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
- Handle check-in/out, bookings, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Build lasting relationships to encourage loyalty, referrals, and glowing reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- High-energy, people-first personality with a passion for beauty and skincare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized — you love a clean, polished workspace.
- Tech-savvy (booking systems, social media apps, basic Canva/CapCut editing).
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- No prior tanning experience required — we provide hands-on training.
Compensation & Perks
- $15–$20/hour base pay + tips + retail/membership commissions.

Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator

Core Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Greet every guest with professionalism, confidence, and genuine warmth.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling through Boulevard, our salon booking tool.
- Handle check-ins, payments, and client records.
- Keep reception and retail areas clean, stocked, and inviting.
- Follow opening/closing procedures and salon maintenance checklists.
- Support stylists and technicians with daily operations.
- Manage calls, emails, and walk-ins with accuracy and efficiency.
- Social Media & Brand Engagement
- Create fresh, engaging content (posts, reels, stories) for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content and client transformations (with consent).
- Research fun trends and develop creative campaigns.
- Run giveaways, promotions, and influencer collaborations.
- Respond to comments, tags, reviews, and DMs to grow community engagement.
- Track analytics and share ideas to boost visibility and brand presence.

- Previous customer service or salon/spa experience is a plus but not required.
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
