Welcome to Total Glow Studio. By booking our services, purchasing our products, or using any of our offerings, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully, as they are designed to protect both you and us.

 

1. Service & Product Usage

  • Professional Application
    All hair extensions must be applied and removed by licensed beauty professionals only. Airbrush tanning services are performed exclusively by trained staff at Total Glow Studio. Improper use or self-application of our products is strictly discouraged and voids any implied warranty.
  • Care & Aftercare
    Our services and products are designed to deliver premium results but require proper care to maintain their quality. Follow the care instructions provided at your appointment or with your purchase to protect your investment and ensure the best outcome.   • Age Restrictions
    Services and products are available to individuals 16 years or older. Guests under 16 must have written parental or guardian consent.
  • Safety Notices
    • Hair extensions and products may contain small parts — keep them away from children and pets.
    • All hair extensions are flammable — avoid exposure to open flames, heated tools, or extreme heat.
    • Spray tanning solutions may contain ingredients that can trigger sensitivities.

 

2. Health & Allergy Disclaimer

  • Some individuals may be sensitive to adhesives, tapes, solutions, or materials used in our services. If you have known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions, please notify us before booking.
  • Total Glow Studio is not responsible for reactions, injuries, or damage caused by undisclosed health conditions, improper care, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
  • By booking a service or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that use is at your own risk.

 

3. Booking, Orders & Payments

  • Booking Accuracy
    You are responsible for selecting the correct service, product, shade, length, or package at the time of booking or purchase.
  • Payment
    All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase. We reserve the right to refuse service if full payment is not secured in advance.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling
    Please review our Cancellation Policy provided during booking. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in fees. Prepaid deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given per our policy.

 

4. Color & Results Disclaimer

  • Color Variations
    Due to monitor differences and natural hair variation, colors of extensions or results from tanning may appear slightly different than shown online or in photos.
  • Results May Vary
    Final results depend on individual hair type, skin tone, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. We cannot guarantee identical outcomes for every client. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with color, tone, or tanning shade when services were provided as booked.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, brand names, product images, and written content, belong exclusively to Total Glow Studio. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without written consent.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Total Glow Studio is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the use or misuse of our services or products, including but not limited to allergic reactions, improper application, failure to disclose health conditions, or neglect of aftercare instructions.
  • Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or product in question.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any circumstances.

 

7. Governing Law & Amendments

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in DuPage County, Illinois.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services or products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
