Total Glow Studio Booking & Cancellation Policy

We value your time - and ours. To provide the best experience to all clients, please review our policies before booking.

Booking & Payments

• All appointments must be booked online with a valid credit card to hold your spot.
• Adding your card is not a prepayment. Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service price.
• No-shows will also be charged 30% of the scheduled service price.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you and the appointment will be considered a late cancellation (30% fee applies).

Other Studio Policies

• Men are required to wear a covering during tanning services.
• Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• To ensure a relaxing and professional environment, children are not permitted in the studio.
