Refund policy

We’re committed to client satisfaction. Because of the nature of human hair and hygienic spa services, we have clear policies to ensure fairness and protection for everyone.

1. General Policy

  • Hair extensions and spray tan services are non-refundable.
  • Hair extension products may be returned within 14 days (products only) from the date of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with seals intact due to hygiene regulations.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@totalglowstudio.com with:

  • Order or appointment number
  • Details of the item/service and reason for request

We’ll respond with instructions on next steps.

3. Hair Extensions

  • Eligibility: Must be in original condition/packaging, including bands or seals. No returns if extensions have been opened, washed, styled, chemically processed, cut, or worn.
  • Shade Selection: Clients are responsible for choosing shades. Use our swatch tool for accuracy. Once opened, no refunds/exchanges for shade mismatch.
  • Faulty Hair: Report within 14 days of purchase. Ship back (tracked, at your expense) for inspection. If confirmed as a manufacturer defect, we’ll authorize a return or exchange. The decision lies solely with Total Glow Studio after inspection.

4. Airbrush Tanning

  • Services are non-refundable once completed.
  • If you’re dissatisfied due to an application issue on our side, notify us within 24 hours. At our discretion, we’ll invite you back for a complimentary correction.

5. Care & Accountability

Results depend on proper care:

  • Hair Extensions: Follow aftercare, use recommended products, schedule move-ups. Neglect voids eligibility.
  • Tanning: Follow post-care (no exfoliants, chlorine, sweating immediately after). Deviations affect results.
